Our standard lead times are: Sample development: 7-15 days, Tooling & molds: 25-35 days, Mass production: 15-30 days depending on order quantity. We provide detailed timeline estimates for each project phase during quotation.
6.What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept multiple payment methods: T/T (Wire Transfer) - most common for B2B orders, PayPal - for smaller orders and samples, L/C (Letter of Credit) - for large volume orders. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
7.Do you provide product certifications? +
Yes, we provide comprehensive certifications including: CE, FCC, RoHS for European and US markets, CPC (Children's Product Certificate) for toys, CPSIA compliance for US children's products, EN71 for European toy safety standards. All certifications are handled by accredited third-party laboratories.
8.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ varies by product type: Standard products: 500-1,000 pieces, Custom OEM products: 1,000-3,000 pieces, Fully customized ODM: 3,000-5,000 pieces. We also offer flexible MOQ for testing orders and can discuss lower quantities for long-term partnership agreements.
